Work responsibilities: - Call and follow up with prospective students and parents. - Explain LearnPact programs, fees, batches and admissions steps clearly. - Counsel learners on suitable applied-AI and career-focused courses. - Maintain lead notes, follow-up dates and admission status. - Coordinate with the admissions team for demos, visits and enrolments. Requirements: - Good communication skills in Hindi/Bengali; English is a plus. - Comfortable speaking on phone and handling learner queries. - Positive, patient and target-aware attitude. - Freshers may apply; prior telecalling, counselling or education sales experience preferred.
