Digital Services Fair-Use Refunds

Overview

At Wait4Ads, we want you to be confident about your purchase. Because our product is a digital listing & promotion service, access typically begins immediately after payment. Still, we offer a short, fair window for refunds to cover mistaken or problematic purchases.

Eligibility (within 5 calendar days)

  • Purchased by mistake or selected the wrong plan (contact us ideally within 3 days).
  • Unable to access the paid features after successful payment.
  • Duplicate charge for the same order.
Tip: The sooner you contact us, the easier it is to stop promotions that may have started.

Not Eligible

  • Requests made after 5 calendar days from purchase.
  • Substantial use of paid features (e.g., multiple ads listed or social promotions already posted).
  • Accounts breaching our Terms of Service (spam, abuse, fraud).

How to Request a Refund

Submit your request via our Contact Form within the 3–5 day window and include:

  • Order ID / transaction reference
  • Registered email / phone
  • Plan purchased & purchase date
  • Brief reason (e.g., mistaken purchase)

What We Refund

  • Mistaken purchase (within 3 days): Full refund if services haven’t been used.
  • Requests on day 4–5: Full or pro-rated refund at our discretion based on usage (ads listed, promotions completed).
  • Duplicate/failed charges: Full refund of the duplicate/failed amount.

Note: Payment gateway fees or currency conversion charges (if any) may be non-refundable per the processor’s rules.

Processing Time

Once approved, we initiate your refund within 1–2 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may take 5–7 business days to credit the amount to the original payment method.

Subscription Renewal & Cancellation

Plans (Quarterly/Half-Yearly/Yearly) do not auto-renew unless stated otherwise. If auto-renewal is enabled in the future, you can cancel anytime before the renewal date from your account or by contacting us. Renewals already processed are subject to this policy.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first through the Contact Form. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
